Hill View Park (01 km)

True to its name, the watch tower at Hill View Park offers a magnificent view of the hills and valleys surrounding Daringbadi. There is a Childrens’ Park, few landscaped gardens and manicured lawns and a fountain too in this park.

Nature Park (01 km)

Just opposite to the Hill View Park is the Nature Park of Daringbadi. Spread over 04 hectares, this Eco Park is maintained by the Forest Department, Govt. of Odisha. This Nature Park is divided into separate zones like the Rose Garden, a Medicinal Plant Garden where you would find a statue of Maharishi Charak and various medicinal plants, the Butterfly Park, which is a rockery surrounded by dense forest and flowering plants. You would also find a replica of a Kutia Kondh tribal settlement and a Nature Interpretation 3D Hall. The whole park is dotted with sculptures of animals and information posters of the flora and fauna of Odisha.


Coffee Plantation Garden (03 kms)

Managed by the Soil Conservation Department of Odisha, this 45 hectares of land is covered with Silver Oak trees. The coffee plants grow in their shade and the black pepper creepers twine around the mights Oak trees.


Pine Forest (03 kms)

Just 03 kms towards the south of Daringbadi is a Pine Forest. Endless stretches of Pine Trees is spread on both sides of the road towards Baunigam. This Pine Tree Plantation was made in the early seventies by the Forest Department of Odisha.


Duluri Picnic Spot (04 kms)

Near to the coffee garden is the Duluri River Picnic Spot. Here, the river snakes across the pine forest and flows over a rocky bed giving rise to a strange landscape.


Sunset Point (05 kms.)

The Sunset Point, also known as the Silent Valley of Daringbadi is a viewpoint from where you can catch a panoramic view of the Eastern Ghats. The glimpse of the setting sun over the hills from this viewpoint is a mesmerizing experience.


Dadubada Lovers Point (16 kms)

This place is guarded by dense lush green forests through which a river gushes over a rocky bed splashing against boulders. In the vicinity, you would find some natural cave formations too. This viewpoint falls on the way to Baliguda near a village called Kirikuti.


Midubanda Waterfall (18 kms.) near Dasingbadi village

This beautiful waterfall is located on the way to Bamunigam near a village called Dasingbadi. You would need to take a short hike of around 150 steps to reach the foot of this waterfall.


Emu Bird Sanctuary (18 kms)

Emu is a flightless Australian bird and can stand up to a height of 06 feet. This private farm breeds Emu Birds and guests can see these birds in big flocks in this farm.


Ludu Waterfall (40 kms)

This beautiful waterfall along with various other minor falls is located within the Kotagarh Sanctuary. The majestic waterfall is surrounded by hills and lush green forest on all sides.
